We, the undersigned founding team, commit to the 24-week build plan set out in this calendar, beginning August 10, 2026 and targeting full platform launch by January 24, 2027 (original plan) or October 31, 2026 (accelerated plan, subject to FC funding milestone). Each weekly deliverable is a defined feature scope agreed by both founders. This document is shared with investors as evidence of disciplined execution against a committed roadmap.
